1. Legal Notice and Terms of Use

1.1. General Information and Identification of the Owner

In compliance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (“LSSICE”), users of the website masiberia.criticaldev.site (the “Website”) are hereby informed of the following identifying details of the owner:

1.2. Activity and Regulatory Status

másLabor Iberia is intended to carry out, once the corresponding administrative authorizations have been obtained, activities related to workforce solutions, labor intermediation, recruitment, temporary employment, coordination of labor and immigration documentation processes, and support services for companies with workforce needs in Spain.

The Company is designed to operate, where applicable and once the relevant legal requirements have been fulfilled, under the following regulatory frameworks:

  • Employment Agency (Agencia de Colocación), pursuant to Royal Decree 1796/2010, of December 30, and other applicable national and regional regulations.
  • Temporary Employment Agency (“ETT”), pursuant to Law 14/1994, of June 1, regulating temporary employment agencies, and its implementing regulations.

Until the effective obtaining of the required authorizations or administrative registrations, any references on the Website to regulated services shall be understood as informational, preparatory, or business positioning descriptions only. The Company shall not provide services subject to prior administrative authorization in the capacity of an Employment Agency or ETT until it has obtained the required authorizations or registrations.

Once obtained, the corresponding authorization or registration numbers shall be included on the Website, including, where applicable: authorization/identification number as Employment Agency, authorization number as Temporary Employment Agency, and the competent labor authority or public employment service.

All services shall in any case be provided in accordance with applicable labor, Social Security, immigration, data protection, and employment regulations.

1.3. Purpose of the Website

The Website is intended to provide corporate and commercial information regarding másLabor Iberia, its business model, its areas of activity, its sectors of operation, its experience, and its contact channels.

Where másLabor Iberia operates as an Employment Agency, its services shall be free of charge for workers, in accordance with applicable regulations.

1.7. Intellectual Property

All Website content (including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design) is the property of másLabor Iberia, its parent organization, or authorized third parties. Reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is prohibited. The másLabor and másLabor Iberia trademarks and logos are protected under applicable trademark law.

1.8. Liability

másLabor Iberia does not guarantee employment outcomes, immigration outcomes, workforce continuity, or candidate availability. The Company shall not be liable for errors or omissions, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the Website.

1.9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of this Website shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
